The Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Committee empowers Bar members with knowledge and resources to navigate evolving legal technologies and IP challenges. We promote best practices in cybersecurity, innovation, and IP protection through education, collaboration, and outreach. Our goal is to foster a forward-thinking legal community that is equipped to serve clients effectively in a digital and innovation-driven world.

Committee Goals
- Host networking events, webinars, and conference calls to connect members and share insights on technology and IP issues.
- Provide CLE opportunities and educational content on cybersecurity, innovation, and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with other Bar committees, sections, and external organizations to enhance programming and outreach.
- Raise public awareness in South Carolina about IP rights and innovation to prevent avoidable legal disputes.
