Mission
The South Carolina Bar's Professional Responsibility Committee studies the Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement and proposes amendments, additions, or other changes as appropriate. The Committee strives for continuous improvement in the Rules and works to provide clarity and guidance to members of the Bar regarding ethical compliance.
