The Practice and Procedure Committee welcomes topic suggestions from attorneys across South Carolina. If there's a procedural challenge, emerging issue, or area of interest you'd like to see discussed, we invite you to submit a request.
- Include a fact scenario relevant to your request, excluding any identifying information about parties or clients.
- Cite any relevant Rules of Civil Procedure, local court rules, or other applicable legal authority.
- Verify the issue is not currently pending before any adjudicative body, court, or committee
