Committee Goals
- Implement plans to sponsor a CLE at the 2024 SC Bar Convention.
- Monitor, study, and make recommendations as appropriate to legislation and other public policy initiatives impacting administrative and regulatory law practice.
- Broaden participation to include more representatives of various administrative and regulatory law entities.
- Explore the applicability of mentoring opportunities in the area of Administrative Law.
