2026 Best Practices for South Carolina Paralegals: Sharpening the Edge
The South Carolina Bar and its SCCP Seminar Committee are excited to announce Best Practices for South Carolina Paralegals: Expanding Your Horizons This program focuses on a variety of topics, including Ethics, Criminal Law, AI, Title 9 and Medical Chronologies, as well as Rule 428 and the status of the role of SCCPs in South Carolina.
This seminar has been approved by the South Carolina Bar Certified Paralegal Board for 6.50 CPE credits (including 1.0 for Ethics). It also has been submitted for approval by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and the National Association for Legal Support Professionals (NALS) for their continuing education credits.
