With more than two decades of experience, Jennifer has built a distinguished practice focused on complex business and financing transactions, including commercial lending, real estate finance, and public finance. She is widely respected for her work as local counsel in multi-state transactions and for her leadership in third-party legal opinion practice.
In addition to her practice, Jennifer has demonstrated exceptional service to the profession, including serving as President of the South Carolina Bar Foundation and as Immediate Past Chair of the Corporate, Banking & Securities Law Section.
Jennifer’s career reflects a commitment to excellence, leadership, and the advancement of the legal profession, making her a highly deserving recipient of this honor.
