    Please join the Young Lawyers Division and the Honorable J. Michelle Childs at noon on Friday, October 27, for the U.S. District Court’s lunch series at the Clement F. Haynsworth Federal Building and Courthouse in Greenville. Featuring a panel discussion from local experts and a free and delicious lunch, the event will last no more than an hour. October’s topic is economic development. The panel will feature two of the Upstate’s legal elite, James Price of Nexsen Pruet and Philip Land of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd. Space is limited.     The Color of Justice Committee is kicking off the year with a program at Deer Park Middle School in North Charleston on Friday, Nov. 3 from 8:45 to 10 a.m. We are seeking volunteers to help run a basic mock trial skit and talk with the students about becoming and working as an attorney.
