You’ll lead our Pre-Litigation Resolution Team and oversee firmwide logistics to ensure the timely and professional completion of settlement-related work. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise a team handling pre-litigation resolution tasks
• Review and finalize demand responses, settlement agreements, and related filings
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Manage internal task queues and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Coordinate hearing assignments and related filings as needed
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (North Carolina license a plus)
• Experience in civil litigation or legal operations preferred
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and promptly
• Responsive and accountable in deadline-driven work
• Proficient with digital tools such as Outlook and Word
