Are you amazing and talented? Looking for a firm that works hard and wants to grow while still maintaining a good work/life balance? We are looking to add an amazing Experienced Attorney to our team that has experience with Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.
What does amazing look like? You are interested in learning about elder law, trusts, taxes, asset protection, and how people qualify for Medicaid and other various government benefits. You are happy to meet with clients for consultations, planning sessions, and signings AND/OR draft and review documents. You are a fit for a team with great culture that is dedicated to helping people at the highest level, creating clients who are raving fans!
Our highly motivated team is looking to add depth to help us better serve our clients. We perform fulfilling work for our clients and their families by protecting them from excess costs, taxes, and probate traps. We provide comprehensive estate planning and long term care planning that address all of our clients’ aging needs. Clients who are sick receive personalized attention from our elder care coordinators in conjunction with our legal team through our life care planning services.

Our ideal candidate will be ready to learn our systems with a goal of quickly being able to independently handle the following items: conduct consultations, handle client meetings, answer client questions, review legal documents, draft documents, research pertinent codes/cases, work with support staff, and participate in firm social events, as desired. Some same day travel may be required. We have offices in Irmo, Simpsonville, Bluffton, and Charleston. In office requirement is a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Must be a licensed South Carolina attorney; Juris Doctorate (Required) in good standing
- Strong desire to work in elder law and estate planning
- Client-focused and eager to grow professionally
- Ability to commute/relocate: Bluffton, SC 29910 Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Same day travel: 25% (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person; some remote work optional
