Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (+ Uncapped Bonus Potential)

Bonus Compensation: Sliding Scale Bonus Plan of 5-20% of the Firm’s Net Fee on Settlements of $50,000.00 +, plus semi-annual performance-based bonuses.

Cromer Babb Porter, LLC is a well-regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Columbia, South Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina We represent workers facing discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace injustices across the Carolinas. We are seeking an associate attorney ready to work side-by-side with firm attorneys on existing and new cases.

Applicants should be licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in South Carolina or North Carolina.

This is a full-time, in-office position for attorneys seeking meaningful work in cases that matter. Our associates gain courtroom experience, build strong client relationships, and are paid accordingly—with no cap on bonus earnings.
