Description:

Cassidy Coates Price, P.A. is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join our litigation practice in our Greenville, SC office. This position will handle medical malpractice litigation, commercial litigation, and general litigation. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as litigation knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters

-Ability to handle court appearances and depositions with minimal supervision

-Strong research and writing skills

-Teamwork mentality

-Ability to think strategically and exhibit strong intellectual curiosity

Must have an active South Carolina bar license

Salary: Commensurate with experience
