We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented associate attorney enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow alongside driven colleagues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting attorneys in both transactional and litigation matters.

• Drafting court filings and transactional documents.

• Legal research and writing.

• Reviewing contracts and assisting with litigation.



Qualifications:

• Licensed South Carolina attorney.

• Ideally 1+ years of experience

• Exceptional communication and time management skills.

• Desire to work in person and ability to work collaboratively.
