Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment Law

Bettis Law Group, LLP, a well-established South Carolina law firm devoted exclusively to representing employers in labor and employment matters, is seeking an associate attorney to join our Columbia office.

Our attorneys represent public and private employers throughout South Carolina in employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and day-to-day advice and counseling. We are a small, collegial firm where associates have the opportunity to work directly with experienced employment lawyers, interact with clients, and take an active role in matters from the outset.

We are looking for an attorney with strong research, writing, and analytical skills, sound judgment, and an interest in developing a career in labor and employment law. Prior employment-law experience is welcome but not required.
