Job Summary

Elliott Frazier is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our growing Greenville, South Carolina firm. We are looking for an attorney who combines strong advocacy and sound legal judgment with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

The attorney will handle family law matters from initial consultation through resolution, including client counseling, case strategy, legal research and drafting, discovery, negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trial preparation. The role requires the ability to manage an active caseload while communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and the Elliott Frazier team.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing. Family law and litigation experience are preferred.
