Job Summary

A well-established Greenville, South Carolina law firm is seeking an experienced attorney who wants more than just another associate role. This position is designed for a motivated lawyer who is interested in building and leading a practice within a supportive and growing firm.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practicing law, managing cases, and developing client relationships—and who may ultimately want to help lead part of the firm as it grows.

Our team currently includes two attorneys and a dedicated support staff. We value a collaborative work environment, high-quality client service, and a sustainable pace that allows attorneys to succeed without burnout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution

• Develop litigation strategy and oversee case progression

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel

• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Help develop systems and processes that support firm growth

• Help to guide staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina

• 4+ years of legal practice (litigation experience preferred)

• Strong writing, advocacy, and case-management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

• Interest in long-term professional growth and leadership

Requirements
