Associate Attorney – The Neill Law Firm, P.A. | Surfside Beach & Myrtle Beach, SC

The Neill Law Firm, P.A. is a small firm with a sophisticated practice handling complex real estate, business, probate, and litigation matters for clients in Horry and Georgetown Counties. Our work spans residential and commercial real estate closings; probate, trust, and estate administration; business formations and corporate matters; and property law and collections litigation. We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our practice.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with one to three years of experience, or a motivated recent graduate, who is looking to build a broad practice across multiple disciplines with direct client contact and meaningful mentorship from day one.

Qualifications:

Active South Carolina Bar license or pending admission; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and professionalism. Prior experience in real estate, business law, probate, or litigation is a plus but is not required.
