Attorney- Assistant General Counsel - State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA)

Job Summary

The agency is seeking an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel and support the program responsible for the award, administration, and oversight of State government contracts. Prior experience in these areas is not necessary. This position offers a stimulating practice in a collegial environment, employment stability and a benefits package associatedwith state government employment.

A juris doctor or its equivalent from an accredited law school. Prior to employment, applicant must be a member in goodstanding with the South Carolina Bar Association.
