Role Description

This is a full-time, entry level, Associate Attorney role located in either our Charleston or Summerville Office. The Associate Attorney will handle legal research, draft and review legal documents, provide client legal advice, and represent clients in negotiations primarily in Family Law matters. The role also involves participating in legal proceedings, analyzing complex legal issues, and collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Family Law

Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research

Proficiency in Negotiation and case strategy development

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in South Carolina or awaiting bar results

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience in Family Law, Criminal Defense, or Personal Injury is a plus
