Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Summerville, South Carolina

A well-established plaintiffs’ litigation firm in the Charleston, South Carolina area is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in our Summerville office.

This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in case strategy, client advocacy, and litigation within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Attorneys with experience in insurance defense or civil litigation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials

• Work closely with clients to guide them through the litigation process

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development

Qualifications

• litigation experience (preferred but not required)

• Licensed and in good standing in South Carolina

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred but not required

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases effectively

• Client-focused mindset and professional demeanor
