Associate Attorney - Ward Law Firm, PA

Job Summary

The Ward Law Firm, P.A. is a civil defense law firm which is seeking a litigation associate to join our litigation practice in Spartanburg, SC. This associate attorney position will handle personal injury litigation, construction defects litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage litigation and general litigation. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as litigation knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

-Ability to handle court appearances and depositions with minimal supervision

-Strong research and writing skills

-Teamwork mentality

-Ability to think strategically and exhibit strong intellectual curiosity

Must have an active South Carolina bar license

Must have North Carolina Bar license or ability to obtain North Carolina bar license

Salary: Commensurate with experience
