Job Summary

Established law firm in Beaufort, SC seeking associate with 2-5 years of experience, to litigate and try MVAs, premises cases, and WC cases. From initial meeting with client, through settlement or trial. Will handle files individually and with senior partner. Must have strong writing/drafting skills and be able to hit the ground running. Prefer 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or WC. Strong legal writing skills mandatory. Must have the ability and experience to handle files from beginning to end. Competitive pay and benefits packages individually tailored to meet candidate’s experience and skill level, and competitive. Would much prefer that candidate live in the greater Beaufort area.
