Litigation Associate - Charleston and Spartanburg:

Wilkes Atkinson & Joyner, LLC, seeks an associate attorney, primarily practicing in the areas of premises liability, construction defect, complex litigation, professional malpractice defense, and other insurance defense matters. Openings in both our Spartanburg and Charleston offices. Judicial clerkship or litigation experience of 1-2 years preferred, including service in a Solicitor’s or Public Defender’s office. Applicant must excel in critical thinking, writing, and communication, and must have a command of major concepts of math, engineering, and physics, which are necessary elements of the practice.
