Job Summary

The Associate will handle primarily plaintiff and occasionally defense work in employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, FMLA matters, and related litigation, with the opportunity to practice in other areas of law, including civil rights and education law. The position offers the opportunity to engage in all aspects of casework, from intake to resolution, and to contribute to a collaborative environment where every attorney has a voice.
