Rule 403 Videos
As stated in Rule 403, an attorney must complete observation of one (1) video trial that has been approved by the Supreme Court. Below are On Demand CLE courses to meet this requirement. An attorney shall not appear as counsel in any hearing, trial, or deposition in a case pending before a court of this State until the attorney's trial experiences required by this rule have been approved by the Supreme Court. The South Carolina Bar is an accredited CLE provider in South Carolina only. Attorneys are responsible for seeking their own credit in other jurisdictions.
