ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The SC Bar CLE Division is proud to present the 2018 Employment Law Essentials course. This full day introductory level program will follow a typical employment discrimination fact pattern from client intake all the way through litigation, settlement and separation. Course Planners Nekki Shutt and Hagood Tighe have chosen an experienced and diverse faculty who will provide step-by-step guidance so that young and inexperienced employment law attorneys – whether plaintiff or defense – can gain the knowledge necessary to evaluate, prepare, settle or litigate the most common types of employment-related claims. This unique seminar is designed to be process-driven, interactive and most of all practical! You’ll receive comprehensive and user-friendly course materials, including sample forms, pleadings, motions and checklists. If you practice or want to practice employment claims cases from either the plaintiff or defense perspective, this is a course you won’t want to miss!
