About the Seminar
This program qualifies for 6.0 MCLE credit hours.

Elder law affects everyone!  The problems and issues affecting the elderly will become magnified as baby boomers gray and resources continue to shrink.  This program will provide you with practical knowledge that can be used to identify and solve the most common problems facing your elderly clients.

In the morning session speakers will present a broad variety of practice tips to help you best advise your clients.  The afternoon session will focus on Medicaid basics and planning strategies, followed by instruction on the handling of fair hearings and appeals.
