About the Seminar
There is no more interesting or revealing document than a will. The very nature of the process of preparing and executing same forcing the meek to shout, invites the opportunity for revenge to those so inclined, and appeals to the vanity of all. As a result, there are some real challenges to the attorney who is obliged to satisfy the final wishes of his client, while also crafting a document that is within the bounds of the law, and ideally will avoid unnecessary grief and expense to loved ones. This seminar addresses the lessons that can be learned by examining some of the most unusual wills on record, and the issues raised by them.
