In this presentation Sarah Pons will discuss eDiscovery trends for 2016. She will review the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and discuss each step of the process to include collection, filtering, processing, review and production and briefly discuss the new changes to the FRCP and the importance of the “meet & confer.” She talks about relational databases (Relativity specifically) and the use of analytics to speed the attorney review and will close by discussing top money saving tips to reduce the costs on your next eDiscovery project.
