About the Seminar
Automated Vehicles and Civil Liability for Car Crashes is a CLE that discusses liability with regards to automated vehicles, which are commonly referred to as autonomous vehicles, self-driving cars, or driverless vehicles. This presentation analyzes these liability concerns by examining the specific liability issues that can result at SAE levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 of automation. The presentation considers the effect that semi-automated and highly automated automation has on liability for automobile crashes.
