ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This half-day program will explore what it means for lawyers to craft a well lived life, the barriers that keep us from experiencing such a life and what we can do to overcome those barriers.  Crafting such a life is essential to attorney well-being, and a lot of the distress in our legal profession can be linked to our inability to live more considered, thoughtful and meaningful lives.

Leading us in an exploration of this topic will be Mike Ethridge, founding partner of Ethridge Law Group and former chair of the state bar’s Attorney Well Being Committee,  Jeena Cho, co-author of The Anxious Lawyer, host of The Resilient Lawyer Podcast and regular contributor to the ABA Law Journal and Above the Law, Jack Pringle, partner at Adams and Reese, blogger and popular speaker on lifestyle design, and Zack Paban, Spartan Warrior, behavioral coach and co-founder of the non-profit More Heart Than Scars.

This program is designed for any member of the legal profession seeking to become more intentional about crafting a more meaningful life and, by so doing, enhance the legal profession while simultaneously enhancing their relationship to themselves and those around them.

This seminar is basic level program.
