CLE: False Claims Act/QUI Tam Whistleblower Litigation Involving Health Care Providers

The Health Care Law Section with the SC Federal Bar Association Qui Tam Section will host False Claims Act/QUI Tam Whistleblower Litigation Involving Health Care Providers on Friday, April 13, at the SC Bar Conference Center (1501 Park St.) in Columbia. This seminar qualifies for 5.75 MCLE credit hours and 1.0 LEPR credit hour and is an intermediate to advanced level program. The registration fee is $125 for members of the Health Care Law Section and the SC FBA. The registration fee for all others is $250. Click the link above for additional information and to register.

Section Goals

1. Conduct a Section seminar at the SC Bar Convention.

2. Monitor and identify needs for legislative activity relevant to health care law.

3. Provide networking opportunities for Section members and continue to encourage member participation.

4. Continue to inform Section members of significant developments in health care law through the Section listserv, E-Blast, social media and the Bar website.

5. Explore partnering with other Bar entities and various other organizations (i.e., American College of Health Care Executives) for special events and/or educational programs.
