Get fit in February!

The Wellness Committee invites you to participate in its February Wellness Challenge. This challenge promotes a healthy lifestyle by having participants follow a bingo card of workouts.

Here’s how it works:

All you have to do is participate in the day's workout and post to Twitter  tagging @SCBar or Instagram tagging @SCBarYLD and use #livingabovethebar. The person who participates the most days of month will receive a gift card; if there are multiple high performers, names will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize.

February 1 — 1 mile run or walk
February 2 — 30 second plank & 30 plank jacks
February 3 — 40 squats & 10 jump squats
February 4 — Rest day
February 5 — 50 jumping jacks & 50 mountain-climbers
February 6 — 2 mile run or walk
February 7 — Rest day
February 8 — 30 sit-ups & 30 Russian twists
February 9 — 40 high knees and 1 minute plank
February 10 — 2 mile run or walk & 20 tricep push-ups
February 11 — 20 jump squats & 20 push-ups
February 12 — Rest day
February 13 — Rest day
February 14 — 3 mile run or walk
February 15 — Rest day
February 16 — Rest day
February 17 — 90 second plank & 10 plank jacks
February 18 — 25 burpees
February 19 — Rest day
February 20 — 1.5 mile run or walk and 50 sit-ups
February 21 — Rest day
February 22 — 100 squats 
February 23 — 50 jumping jacks & 50 mountain climbers
February 24 — 20 push-ups & 20 star jumps
February 25 — Rest day
February 26 — 3 mile run or walk and 2 min plank
February 27 — 50 high knees, 10 burpees, and 20 Russian twists
February 28 — Rest day
