A boutique law firm in Greenville, SC focused on estate planning and probate/trust administration has an immediate need for an Probate/Estate Planning Paralegal. The job duties include greeting/meeting with clients, communicating with various statewide government offices, drafting correspondence/emails, scheduling, answering phones, preparing initial drafts of documents, finalizing documents for signing, preparing spreadsheets and other office administrative tasks. The firm emphasizes work-life balance, and they are looking for individuals who are well-organized with strong writing, communication and computer skills. Additionally, candidates must be attentive to details, possess the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and be able to work as part of a team. Candidates need to have 2 to 4 years of experience in a probate/estate planning setting. This is not a remote position. A college degree is preferred.
