Lexington law firm handling workers' compensation and personal injury matters is currently seeking a full time experienced paralegal.  
 
Responsibilities include: Answering the phone and interacting professionally with clients; scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings and maintaining attorney's calendar; opening and closing files as needed; filing and copying; drafting letters, pleadings, medical summaries, demands and client correspondence under the supervision of attorney; completing workers' compensation forms accurately and timely; entering client expenses into case management software; requesting medical records and following up on those requests.  
 
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of law office experience in either workers' compensation and/or personal injury
Proficient in Word
Paralegal certificate preferred
Self motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously when needed
Experience with Time Matters preferred but not required
 
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Salary commensurate with experience.
