George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers is seeking a full-time legal assistant with experience in the areas of personal injury. The ideal candidate will be personable, team-oriented,  organized, and possess the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

File Management including but not limited to Records Request, Notification of Representation to various providers, phone contact with Clients, Insurance Carriers, Courts, and Medical Providers, Communication with Attorney, Intakes (Meeting with potential clients) Screening Potential Clients, Utilizing Outlook to schedule appointments, handling time sensitive deadlines, scanning documents, recording notes in computer file, maintaining a computerized checklist, reporting claims to insurance carriers, requesting checks,  verifying balances with providers, submitting medicals to insurance carriers, drafting settlement documents, breaking down files,  and closing files.

The hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Salary commensurate with experience.

Experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
