Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our growing Worker’s Compensation practice group in our Greenville, South Carolina office. 

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.  Prior Worker’s Compensation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred.  However, consideration will also be given to candidates who are scheduled to sit for the July 2022 Bar exam.

As a Worker’s Compensation Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and interaction with clients.  Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.  The current position will work directly with T. Cory Ezzell, as the leader of the firm’s Worker’s Compensation practice group.
