Recent Developments in Consumer Law
The Consumer Law Section Seminar will feature presentations involving recent developments in consumer law. Carolyn Lybarker will present an update of recent cases and legislation affecting consumers. John Hearn and Sue Berkowitz will discuss current issues in foreclosure proceedings from the perspectives of both consumers and lenders. Tommy Lydon will conclude the seminar with a discussion of ethical issues facing consumer law practitioners.
