Alternative Dispute Resolution Developments
This is a CLE presentation regarding the latest developments in mediation and ethics. It will be an entertaining and informative seminar for attorneys and mediators on the current practice of mediation, criminal law, federal law and ethical considerations . Nationally recognized speakers will discuss these areas and give tips for effective criminal law mediation, federal district court and Fourth Circuit mediation. Additionally, attendees will hear an assessment current issues in ethics which has been addressed by the courts and S.C. Bar’s Ethics Advisory Committee, including the latest ethical developments regarding mediation practice.
