I. Call to Order and Welcome
In Chairperson Watkins’ absence, Mr. Boozer welcomed the Section members and called the meeting to order.
II. Approval of September 3, 2009, minutes
Mr. Boozer asked for a motion to approve the minutes from the September 3, 2009, meeting. A motion was made, and the minutes were passed by acclamation.
III. Introduction of Council Members
Mr. Lanford introduced the Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section Council FY2009-2010:
