Tax Law Section
Section Goals:
1. Sponsor a Section seminar and Council/Faculty dinner in conjunction with the 2010 SC Bar Convention.
2. Continue to publish a bi-annual newsletter and distribute through the Section listserv and post on the Bar Web site.
3. Continue to inform Section members of significant developments on local and state tax laws through the Section listserv and post on the Bar Web site.
4. Continue to actively promote and support the joint NC/SC Tax Law Section Workshop.
Save the Date
The 2010 Annual Conference of the National Association of State Bar Tax Sections (NASBTS) will be held in San Francisco, CA October 29-30, 2010. The conference will be held at the law offices of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (25th Floor - 560 Mission St., San Francisco, CA 94105-2994).
