Health Care Law Section Goals:
1. Plan a South Carolina Bar Convention seminar.2. Hold an annual full Section business meeting.
3. Continue to support S.C. DHEC in its efforts to develop and publish a Bench Bar Book on Public Health.
4. Continue to expand and support ongoing services of the Health Care Section's discussion listserve.
5. Explore the potential for collaboration with the S.C. Medical Association in updating the SCMA legal handbook for physicians.
