"Hot Tips" available through Seminars Direct
Everyone's been talking about this year's "Hot Tips from the Coolest Domestic Law Practitioners" seminar. Not to worry--if you couldn't be there, you still have a chance to catch up on the latest developments in family law with some of South Carolina's top practitioners. The seminar has been added to the Bar's Seminars Direct Online catalog. If you haven't already met your six-hour distance learning limit for the year, take a look now! If you have any questions, contact Matt Riley, Distance Learning Manager, at mriley@scbar.org or 803-576-3818.
The Family Law Section Council seeks input from family law practitioners about potential changes to the S.C. Family Court Rules. Survey responses will be compiled and submitted to the Family Court Rules Committee charged with overseeing amendments to the Rules. Please take a moment to complete this brief survey.
