Employment and Labor Law Section
Section serves as a forum for all segments of the employment bar to review and comment on regulatory policy and procedure as well as legislative initiatives. Committees include: Equal Employment Opportunity Committee; Education Committee; Labor Management and Relations Committee; Specialization Committee; Membership Committee; and Occupational Safety/Health Committee.
Please make plans to attend the 24th Annual NC/SC E&LL Update and Annual Meeting scheduled for October 17-18, 2008, at the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville, NC. This program qualifies for 11.0 MCLE credit hours, including up to 1.0 LEPR hour and has been approved for 11.0 hours of CLE specialty credit for E&LL specialists.
