Administrative and Regulatory Law Committee

Review changes in law that affect administrative law practice and promote better relations between Bar members and tribunals of government and regulatory agencies.
  

Committee Goals:

  1. Implement plans to sponsor a CLE at the 2011 SC Bar Convention.
  2. Monitor, study and make recommendations as appropriate to legislation and other public policy initiatives impacting administrative and regulatory law practice.
  3. Plan themes, topics and speakers for Committee meetings, including CLE credit if feasible, to encourage participation.
