Distance Learning

Distance Learning lets you earn CLE credit conveniently from your office, your home or even your car. The Commission on CLE and Specialization currently allows South Carolina attorneys to receive up to 6.0 hours of their annual CLE requirements via distance learning.

Live Webcasts
Interested in one of our live seminars but don't want to travel? No problem. Many of our seminars are broadcast live over the Internet in real time. Please Note: As mentioned above, the Supreme Court of South Carolina, by Order 2006-07-06-01, dated July 6, 2006, amended the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Regulations to allow judges and active South Carolina Bar members to obtain up to 6.0 of their required 14.0 hours per reporting year of MCLE/LEPR credit via Distance Learning.This requirement applies to all Distance Learning hours, regardless of whether they are acquired via Seminars Direct Online, live teleseminars or live webcasts. For the complete MCLE/LEPR rules and regulations, visit the Commission's website at http://www.commcle.org/.
