Seminar Agenda MCLE Credit Hours
This program will review common law torts that may arise in the workplace, including invasions of privacy, defamation, negligence, and workplace violence. The program will also review standards governing employer liability and defenses to that liability. Both intentional torts and negligence will be covered.
