About the Seminar
This program will review the tax and non-tax issues involved in the merger of S Corps, including S Corp/S Corp mergers, S Corp/C Corp mergers, and S Corp/pass-through entity mergers. The program will emphasize how the capital and operational restrictions imposed on S Corps by federal tax law complicate mergers and provide practical techniques for surmounting those problems to minimize tax liability.
