About the Seminar
With rising interest rates, tighter credit, and the end of some speculative investing, certain components of the commercial real estate market are in substantial distress. The residential home market also continues to suffer from slackening demand, high inventory, and falling prices. This program will examine effective techniques for disposing of distressed real estate, including limiting liability, stemming financial losses, and avoiding adverse tax surprises.
