Foreclosures of secured property are on the rise as the economy slows and the credit markets substantially tighten. Senior and junior creditors are revisiting the sometimes cumbersome and costly process of foreclosing on various types of collateral. Led by two of the nation’s foremost commercial law practitioners, this program will provide you with a real world guide to the processes and pitfalls of foreclosing property, including inventory, intellectual property, equipment and much more. The program will focus on both the legal framework and the practical process of foreclosing and selling collateral, including through online auctions.
