About the Seminar
The South Carolina Bar-CLE Division is pleased to present a seminar designed to comprehensively address all important areas of the new South Carolina DUI law which is scheduled to take effect in February of 2009.
This is a must see seminar for all Prosecutors and Defense Attorneys who practice DUI litigation. This seminar will be taught by an experienced team of defense attorneys, prosecutors, and representatives from SLED, ADSAP, and the SC Ignition Interlock Program, which is directed by the SC Office of Probation, Pardon and Parole. This seminar offers attendees an opportunity to be ahead of the game and to adequately prepare for these statutory and policy changes. Further, a representative from National Interlock Service, Ltd. will be available to give a demonstration of the ignition interlock device. In addition, you will be given information on ethical issues to consider in
DUI cases.
Please join us on August 22 for a comprehensive look at the new South Carolina DUI law and how these changes affect you, your clients, and your practice. Don’t miss this important seminar!
